Urgent Doc at 4909 North Street #202, Nacogdoches, Texas.

The doctor I had was great. He listened to what I had to say and was very kind. The nurse I had on the other hand needs to work on her personable skills and blood pressure taking skills. She had an attitude from the moment I was taken to a room. When she went to take my blood pressure, she pumped it more than was needed (My blood pressure was 120/80. There was no need to pump it up to 200. My mother, who is an RN, was shocked when she realized how much she had pumped up the cuff). It was extremely painful and has bruised up my entire upper arm. I’ve had it taken before and have never had that much damage done to me. She was just an overall sour person. Would I recommend this for people who need an urgent visit? Yes. They do what needs to be done. Do I think they could do better? Yes. The attitude/treatment of the nurse is the only reason I am not giving it 5 stars.
